Dr. Sims has extensive experience in teaching and leadership at every level of education – from Pre-K through university settings. She has dedicated both her professional career and community involvement to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice initiatives. An expert in both research and practice, Dr. Sims can meet your organization where they are and personalize the support you need to propel your DEI initiatives and create inclusive spaces.

D'Andre Sims is an experienced mathematics educator and instructional coach with expertise and education in statistical analyses and multicultural education. He has used his math aptitude to support private businesses and organizations and has the training and lived experience to approach problem-solving through an equity lens.
